Students have an obligation and responsibility to properly care for and return all equipment issued to them. Students failing to turn in all issued equipment, or returning equipment damaged through misuse, are responsible to meet the current replacement cost for such equipment.
Payment is required at the time of the loss. Payment must be received prior to the next season of athletic involvement or graduation, whichever comes first. Students may not be allowed to try out for a team or may have their diploma withheld if they have an equipment obligation.
